Return and Exchange Procedures:
Physical Products:
- Contact our customer support center 24 hours a day at support@americanvitality.org, or call us at +1 (888) 850-5368, Mon – Sun 24/7, for an Exchange Merchandise Number (EMA#) and the Return Address.
- Return the empty and unused portion of your product along with the original invoice or EMA# to ensure proper handling. If you would like to exchange your return for another quality product of equal or lesser value, please indicate the desired product(s) in your return.
- We offer a 1-year exchange program where you can return a product and request another American Vitality product of equal or lesser value with free shipping. All exchanges are final.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid delays. Packages returned as refused or undeliverable will be refunded the cost of the product minus any shipping fees incurred.
- Returns must be received within 1 year from the billing date. All charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable within this period. Exchange requests must also be received within 1 year of the billing date.
- Used or empty product containers may only be returned if adequate time has elapsed to consume the product as directed on the label. For example, a six-month supply of empty product containers cannot be returned after only one or two months of use.
- All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the package. After processing, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or original payment method.
Digital Products:
- For digital products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Digital products do not need to be returned. To request a refund, contact our customer support center at support@americanvitality.org or call +1 (888) 850-5368, Mon – Sun 24/7.
- Refunds for digital products will be processed within 72 hours of approval and may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card or original payment method.
